A three-year letterwinner for head coach Jennifer Golden at Greenwood, Ciesla led the Bulldogs to an AAA 6A state title as a senior, landing MVP honors in championship match with a double-double (11 kills, 25 assists). While helping her team to back-to-back conference titles, she was named All-Conference in both junior and senior seasons. Named a three-time AAA All-State tournament selection, Ciesla was honored with All-State and All-Arkansas second team accolades as a senior.
