John Brown University does not charge admission for intercollegiate soccer matches hosted at Alumni Field or intercollegiate volleyball matches hosted at Bill George Arena. Policies and prices are subject to change based on event type, including non-conference tournaments, Sooner Athletic Conference postseason tournaments and NAIA National Championships Opening Round events. Advanced ticket sales are not available.

Ticket windows for intercollegiate basketball contests open one (1) hour before tip-off. Credit card payments are accepted. For the Toilet Paper Game , ticket window opens one (1) hour prior to tip-off.

Seniors are defined as those 60 years of age and older, while adults are non-students over 18 years of age. Kids are those aged 10-17 and children under that age are free. Fans with a JBU identification card are always extended free admission.
