Elicia Williamson enters her fifth year as head cheerleading coach while serving as owner, head cheerleading coach and lead choreographer at Elite Cheer Company in Siloam Springs.

In that role, she holds 16 national championships in only two seasons of competition, including the only U.S. All Star Federation national title in the state of Arkansas.

While working as a USASF-credential coach, Williamson's gym is also accredited venue. She also holds licenses from the All-Star Gym Owners (ASGA) for her gym and as a cheer coach.

Prior to Elite Cheer Company, Williamson spent 10 years working for Walmart as a risk management and human resources manager. There, she helped oversee all risk operations across the United States and oversaw a $20 billion claim budget annually. Williamson's work at Walmart helped build and refine recruitment processes and developed a job analysis project to ensure appropriate pay scales for numerous positions.

Williamson, a graduate of the University of Arkansas in 2002, resides with her husband, Mark, and four children in Siloam Springs.
