Biography
Prep Career
Askew was a four-year letterwinner for head coach Tim Brown at Republic High School. As a Tiger, he was named to the Class 6 All-District three times, and earned All-Conference honors twice. A three-time Offensive Player of the Year, Askew also made the All-State team once and surpassed the 1,000-point mark. At the time of his graduation, Askew held the Tigers' career records for steals and assists.
Personal
Ahlante is the son of Alphonzo and Alicia Askew and hopes to major in management.
