Perrier was a two-year letterwinner under head coach Dan Sheppard at The Vanguard School where he helped the Panthers make back-to-back district title game appearances, including a district crown in his junior season. While there, he averaged 13 points and seven assists per game as a senior and landed Academic All-State and Honor Roll accolades in consecutive years.
