A 2023 graduate of C.I. Gibson High School, Delia competed for the Rattlers under head coach Kevin Johnson, leading the team to a 30-3 record and the Government Secondary Schools Sports Association regular season title during his senior campaign. The Nassau, The Bahamas native averaged 28.2 points and 4.2 assists per game at the Tarkanian Classic Tournament in Las Vegas, including a single-game high of 36 points. The 5-foot-9 guard earned GSSSA Basketball MVP honors during the 2022-23 season and captured tournament MVP recognition at the Noble Prep Tournament (2023) and the Providence Storms Christmas Tournament (2022). Delia also earned top scorer honors at the Hugh Campbell Tournament (2023), where his team finished as runner-up.

The multi-sport athlete also competed in track and field under head coach Natasha Hyler and in volleyball under head coach Kaivone Newbold, earning GSSSA volleyball MVP recognition during the 2022-2023 season. He was named Most Outstanding Male Athlete of the Year.
