Biography

Prep Career

Knight was a three-year letterwinner under head coach Rich Brown at Tumwater where he helped the Thunderbirds to three consecutive conference titles. A four-time academic All-Conference selection, Knight set a personal best of 17:13 in the 5,000 meter as a senior.

Personal

Ben is the son of Bill and Pam Martin and majors in graphic design.
