The Bella Vista native was a three-year letterwinner at Bentonville High School, playing for head coach Michael Devaney. Marksberry helped the Tigers win the 6A West conference championship in 2025 and a 6A state title in 2026. He improved his production every season, posting 7 goals and 11 assists as a sophomore, 9 goals and 8 assists as a junior and 19 goals and 14 assists as a senior, finishing as the program's career leader with 35 goals and 33 assists (103 points). Marksberry was the 6A West Newcomer of the Year and an All-Conference selection as a sophomore, added All-Conference honors again as a junior, and closed his career as Conference MVP with All-Conference, All-State, All-Tournament and Gatorade Player of the Year recognition as a senior, finishing as the most decorated player in program history.

In club play, he helped Sporting Arkansas capture five state championships during his time with the club from 2020-25, then helped Ozark United FC win the MLS NEXT Pioneer Division crown in 2025-26.

Wyatt is the son of Scott and Jennifer Marksberry and hopes to major in construction management.
