Biography

Prep Career

Shepherd was a four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track and field at Piedmont High School under head coach Kelly Beck. While a Wildcat, she led her team to three 5A West regional titles and a Suburban Conference crown. She accomplished personal records in the 5,000 meter race (21:06), 3,200 meter run (13:00) and the 1,600 meter run (6:01).

Personal

Naia is the daughter of Casey and Jayna Shepherd and hopes to major in criminal justice.
