Biography

Prep Career

Smith was a four-year letterwinner under head coaches Lee Donell and Jason Edwards at Life Way Christian. While a Warrior, she set a trio of school records with a 5:32 in the 1,600 meters, a 13:37 in the 3,200 meters and a 23.6 meter discus throw. Smith was also a member of Life Way's Arkansas Activities Association 3A state championship team while being selected as the school's Athlete of the Year as a senior.

Sarah is the daughter of Tim and Vicki Smith and majors in kinesiology.
