After nearly two decades of coaching at the junior and senior high school levels, Von Eshnaur enters his 18th season as the women's assistant basketball coach.

Eshnaur's primary responsibilities are as the recruiting coordinator and has been instrumental in bringing in quality athletes to the program. Along with his coaching duties, Eshnaur also enters his ninth year as coordinator of the Walton Lifetime Health Complex.

During his coaching career, Eshnaur has led a variety of athletic programs, including football, tennis, cross country and baseball.

Eshnaur graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1986 after attending Northwest Arkansas Community College on a basketball and baseball scholarship. In 2012, Eshnaur completed a Master of Arts degree in coaching and athletic administration from Concordia University in Irvine, Calif.

Von and his wife, Dawn, reside in Siloam Springs with their three boys, Benjamin, Christopher and Nicholas.
