Goldman was a three-year letterwinner under head coach Emilianne Slamons at Lincoln High School where she helped the Wolves to an AAA state tournament quarterfinal finish as a senior by averaging 16 points and six rebounds per game. Also in her final season, she netted 30 points and added six rebounds and four assists in Lincoln's overtime upset over defending champion Central Arkansas Christian in the first round of the tournament, just one game after she poured in her 1,000th career point. The two-time All-State and All-Conference selection was her team's Player of the Year twice. Goldman also lettered in volleyball for three years.
