Bailey was a three-year letterwinner under head coach Codey Mann at Alma High School. She accumulated 722 career points over three seasons and finished her career in ninth place on the program's all-time scoring list. Bailey led the Airedales to an appearance in AAA state tournament while garnering All-State and All-Conference honors as a junior and was named to All-NWA Democrat Gazette second team.
