Foster, a four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track and field at Pond Creek-Hunter High School in Pond Creek, Oklahoma, competed under head coaches Darin Jones and Doug Bolin. Foster earned a 2022 regional title in the 3,200 meters and qualified for the state track meet all four years, with personal records of 13:11 in the 3,200 meters, 5:54 in the 1,600 meters, and 2:34 in the 800 meters. She also qualified for the state cross country meet in 2023 and was selected as a Senior All-Star. In addition to athletics, Foster competed in powerlifting for two years, finishing third in the Small School State Powerlifting meet in 2023.

Hannah is the daughter of Tim and Patty Foster and hopes to major in Spanish.
