A 2025 graduate of Gentry High School, Polina competed in distance events for the Pioneers at the 4A level under head coach Jamie Johnson. The native Arkansan posted a personal record of 23:40 in the 5,000 meters during her sophomore season and qualified for the state meet in each of her three cross country campaigns. Polina earned All-Conference honors three times during her career, receiving the recognition as a sophomore, junior, and senior. She also received the Hustle Award during both seasons as an upperclassman. As a freshman in 2022, Polina earned the conference's Co-Rookie of the Year honors. The three-year letterwinner in cross country also competed in soccer for four seasons under head coach Jamie Johnson, advancing to the state tournament during her sophomore and senior years.

Morgan is the daughter of Matthew and Andrea Polina and hopes to major in psychology.
