Cartmill was a three-year letterwinner under head coach Dawna Newton at Christian Heritage Academy where she set a personal record of 13:29 in the two-mile run as a senior.

Reagan is the daughter of Robert Cartmill and Linda Garrisom and hopes to major in philosophy.
