A 2025 graduate of Oklahoma Christian Academy, Strohl competed in distance events for the Eagles at the 2A level under head coach Tucker Gossett. The native Oklahoman posted a personal record of 13:20 in the two mile during her junior season and was part of the 800-meter relay team that set a program record of 11:18.9 during her senior campaign. Strohl earned Regional Medalist honors twice in cross country, placing as a freshman and junior. She also earned 3,200-Meter Regional Medalist recognition in track during her sophomore season. The four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track maintained President's Honor Roll status for all eight semesters of high school.

Sasha is the daughter of Jared and Erin Strohl and hopes to major in kinesiology.
