Prep Career
A four-year letterwinner under head coach Abby Ray, Markovich entered her final season as a Panther having been already named a two-time Defensive Player of the Year and earned All-Conference honors as an underclassmen. The three-year team captain landed a spot on the All-State team for her performance as a junior and after her senior season, was named the most outstanding player in the Arkansas Activities Association All-Star Game.
Personal
Bethany is the daughter of Steven and Amy Markovich and hopes to major in psychology.
