Appeared in 12 games with seven starts on the season … posted four goals and four assists (12 points) … plated 545 minutes on the pitch … totaled 17 shots, 12 shots on goal … scored the game-winning goal against Southwestern A.G. (March 23) … tallied three points with a goal and an assist against Oklahoma City (April 5) … registered assists in three straight matches versus Texas Wesleyan (March 27), Wayland Baptist (April 1) and Oklahoma City (April 5).
Sophomore | 2019
Made 18 starts, while appearing in all 19 contests … finished second on the team in points (20) … ranked third on the team in goals (7) and tied for fifth in assists (6) … finished with four points and kicked in the game-winner versus Wayland Baptist (Oct. 19) in a two-goal effort.
Prior to John Brown
Hutto suited up for NCAA II Northeastern State (Okla.) for one season under head coach Chase Wooten. In Tahlequah, she saw action in 19 contests, making her first collegiate debut at Southern Nazarene (Aug. 30). Among the starting 11 on eight occasions, Hutto tallied an assist in her collegiate debut and logged over 960 minutes on the season.
Prep Career
Hutto, a four-year letterwinner at Siloam Springs under Brent Crenshaw, led the Panthers to four AAA state titles and three consecutive conference championships. She earned State Tournament MVP honors in her freshman and senior campaigns while landing on the All-State team three times. Selected to the All-Arkansas Preps first team, Hutto was named the Offensive Player of the Year in her senior season.
Personal
Megan is the daughter of Jim and Faith Hutto and is majoring in business administration.
