A two-year letterwinner for head coach Adeana Brewer at Ozark, Parrish helped her team capture back-to-back conference titles. She also led the squad to consecutive Class 4 state semifinal appearances.

Elizabeth is the daughter of Rick and Deborah Parrish and majors in kinesiology.
