After a four-year standout career for head coach Robyn King at Watersprings School, Joanna Hayes makes her way to Siloam Springs after a pair of 1A state titles. The four-year starter and team captain flirted with the 1,000-assist mark as a senior, finish with 926, averaging 8.2 helpers a set. Hayes also posted 278 scoops and 190 kills in the punctuation that was her final campaign. Twice an All-State first team pick, she also earned All-Conference first team honors four times and was named the league's Player of the Year as a junior. Hayes also suited up for four seasons on the basketball team, earning All-Conference accolades twice and averaged 12.4 points and 8.3 rebounds per game.

Joanna is the daughter of Steven and Eloise Hayes and plans on majoring in journalism and civic engagement.
