Biography

Ashlyn Hill currently serves as an athletic trainer at John Brown University, where she supports the health and wellness of Golden Eagle student-athletes.

Prior to joining JBU in 2024, Hill worked as an athletic trainer at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) from 2022 to 2023. During her time there, she collaborated with orthopedic physicians to deliver care to patients ranging from young athletes to professionals. This role allowed her to work closely with some of the top specialists in sports medicine, further honing her skills in both clinical and athletic settings.

From 2019 to 2022, Hill was employed by Siloam Springs High School, where she worked directly with student-athletes. In this role, she played a crucial part in maintaining the health of the school's athletes, overseeing injury management, and ensuring they could compete safely.

Hill holds a Bachelor of Science in athletic training, which she earned from Missouri State University in 2018, and currently resides in Siloam Springs with her husband, Cherokee.
