Biography

Jedi Hunter begins his first season as an assistant coach for the John Brown University men's soccer program in 2026.

Prior to joining the JBU staff, Hunter built a broad coaching background working with youth and adaptive athletes. He has coached with Siloam Springs Parks and Recreation's Iddy Biddy Sports program since 2015, teaching foundational soccer skills, sportsmanship and teamwork to young players. Since 2022, he has also served as a Special Olympics coach and camp counselor with Ability Tree, mentoring athletes with intellectual disabilities and developing individualized approaches to instruction and encouragement.

A four-year member of the JBU men's soccer program as a goalkeeper from 2022-25, Hunter served as a team-first presence in the locker room, supporting his teammates and coaching staff while helping uphold the program's competitive and character standards.

Hunter graduated from JBU in 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in graphic design and resides in Siloam Springs.
