WINNER. Baily’s career never saw a losing season at John Brown University. The Golden Eagles enjoyed 77 victories over four seasons, a mark greater than any other four-year class in program history, and averaged 19 wins per year and won over 60 percent of games played. Baily led the Golden Eagles to the 2017 NAIA National Championships as a sophomore and later picked up her first All-America honor. A year later, she earned a WBCA-NAIA All-America first team selection and an NAIA All-America second team honor. At the conference level, Baily was named just the program’s second-ever SAC Freshman of the Year en route to four consecutive All-Sooner Athletic first team selections.

LEADER. Nothing says more about Baily’s leadership than her winning the SAC’s Sportsmanship Award in women’s basketball in back-to-back seasons as both a junior and senior.

SCORER. Baily’s ability to score anywhere on the floor made her the most multifaceted player in Golden Eagle history. Scoring a school record 2,034 points in her career, she also finished her career atop the record books with 796 field goals, 881 rebounds and shot at a record 53.1 percent clip from the field. Her 16.5 points per game finished second in the record book only to Lisa Hunt ‘85. The Siloam Springs High School product could also score from behind the arc, ending her illustrious career with 178 triples and a 40.8 percent efficiency from long range - the fourth and third best marks in program history, respectively.
